» Jesús Pérez de la Cruz Oña Jesús Pérez de la Cruz Oña International Business Law, Corporate and Banking. He has practiced at the prestigious Spanish law firm Uría & Menéndez, in Madrid and London. He has worked as stagiaire at the French law firm Gide-Loyrette-Nouel, in Paris. He has been a Commercial Law Associate Professor at the School of Economics in the University of Alcalá. At present, he is a Commercial Law Professor in the Business Law Masters program of the School of Business International Centre (Madrid).
