» Antonio Pérez de la Cruz Blanco José Ignacio Olivares Zarzosa Specialist in Public Law and Taxation. Treasury Council (“Abogado del Estado”) since 1964.
He has provided his services to the Tax Administrations of Lleida,
Alava, Guadalajara and Madrid. From 1973 to 1985 he was the General
Vice-director of the Spanish Ministry of Finance and head of its
in-house legal department. During that period he worked for the
in-house department of the Spanish National Industry Institute and
acted as an appointed representative of such institution in different
corporations participated by the Spanish State. He is a co-writer
of the Spanish 1975 Land Act and the 1977 Taxation Amendments Acts.
Since 1986, he has been working for the private sector as the Second
