PÉREZ DE LA CRUZ is a law firm founded in Malaga in 1902, by Francisco Pérez de la Cruz (1878-1932) initially focused on Private Law (contracts, real estate, family relations and inheritance). Since 1980, after Antonio Pérez de la Cruz Blanco (Malaga, 1943), Chaired Professor of Commercial Law became the managing partner, the firm has increased in size and opened its Madrid office, its principal place of business, and widened its projection to other legal fields.

Its practice covers the full range of Corporate, Commercial and Business Law. It also has wide experience in litigation before Courts of Justice and Arbitration Tribunals (both national and international).

Being a relatively small law firm as regards the number of professionals forming part of it, conflict of interests and incompatibilities among clients are not frequent. Its services are provided on a permanent and personalised basis, by assigning two lawyers (a senior and a junior lawyer) to each case. This enables the client to have constant access to the information, and to make and receive suggestions and comments in respect of the transaction that has been entrusted to the firm.

The firm offers its services in Spain through its offices in Madrid and Malaga. It also has correspondent offices with international firms in Lisbon, Milan and Buenos Aires.
